Farm to Work is an employee wellness and Farm Direct marketing project that connects local farmers with employees at partner worksites. Farmers deliver local fruits and vegetables directly to the workplace.

Farm to Work seeks to increase fruit and vegetable intake among employees and their households by decreasing cost, improving convenience, and increasing access while also creating a new sales opportunity for local farmers. Launched in November 2007, Farm to Work began as a collaborative effort between Sustainable Food Center, the Texas Department of State Health Services, and the web development company WebChronic Consulting LLC.
