What's in Your Bag?

Cecily Dennis was thrilled to discover Brussels sprouts at the market this week! She loves their earthy sweetness and nutrient density--she'll be tossing them in a little olive oil and salt and roasting them up with sweet onions and carrots. Before roasting, cut sprouts in half lengthwise so there's more surface area to caramelize on the roasting pan. Kids and adults will eat every last one!
