Our Favorite Foods

One of the 2016 goals for all of us in The Happy Kitchen is a revision of our cookbook, Fresh, Seasonal Recipes. Starting this project has reminded us of our favorite Happy Kitchen recipes: Steamed Tomatillo Fish, Yammy Muffins, Kale Chips, Salmon Patties, Crunchy Cabbage Salad, White Bean & Kale Soup, and many more.

Since we’ve been talking about our favorite foods and favorite recipes, and since this weekend is a time to celebrate love, this week we are sharing the foods we love most.
