Returning Guest instructor Akshaya Chinapa Reddy will guide you through the techniques that go into making delicious Indian curries by exploring curry made 3 ways: coconut-based curry, tomato-based curry, and a simple dahl (lentil curry).

Home Butchery Class Series

Butchery for the Home Cook Series

Our 3 part Butchery for the Home Cook Series with local Butcher Julia Poplawsky is returning again this fall season. We will show you how to break down and utilize a whole chicken in Class 1, how to understand meat and various cooking techniques in Class 2, and all the way to grinding meat and using ground meat in Class 3.

Classes begin October 15th.

During this event you'll learn more about SFC and preview some of our upcoming classes. Plus, you'll enjoy a 15% discount on any classes you register for at the event! Attendance is free, but registration is required.
