ROASTED POPCORN CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 heads cauliflower (about 2 pounds each), cut into medium-sized florets

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the salt, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, and oil. Add cauliflower florets and toss evenly to coat.

Place in a single layer on the prepared sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the largest pieces are tender and can be easily pierced with a fork.
