Inside our solar-powered, 4-star rated green energy building you’ll find a fully functional kitchen and an open-concept conference room that are perfect for food preparation, meetings, and more. Combined, these rooms can accommodate up to 75 people standing, or 50 seated*.

Availability and Prices
Available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (there is an additional $75 set rate for rentals outside regular business hours).
Conference Room (capacity 35): $70/hr
Kitchen (capacity 20): $60/hr
Both Rooms (capacity - 50 seated, 75 standing): $115/hr
Note: All rental times must include time to set up and clean up.
We offer 15% off rental costs for fellow nonprofits.
