Thirty local chefs and more than 600 guests helped Sustainable Food Center celebrate its 40th anniversary year at SFC's 8th annual Farm to Plate fundraiser at Barr Mansion. SFC also presented the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and Suzanne Santos, SFC's Farmer's Market Director, with the Changemaker award at the event.
