There’s not much left to plant in the garden as the summer months approach. Check out what you can plant in June below:

  • Cantaloupe (June 1-30, from seeds)
  • Greens, Warm Season (June 1-30, from seeds)
  • Okra (June 1-30, from seeds)
  • Peas, Southern (May 1-31, from seeds) – i.e. Black-eyed peas, NOT snap peas
  • Potato, Sweet (June 1-30, from slips)
  • Pumpkin (May 1-31, from seeds)
  • Squash, Winter (May 1-31, from seeds)
  • Watermelon (June 1-10, from seeds)
