The Farm to Work program is an employee wellness program that delivers farm-fresh, locally grown produce directly to employees at partnering worksites. In 2012, The National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) participated in SFC’s Program Replication Summit to implement their own Farm to Work program in San Antonio. Since then, NCAT has implemented a robust Farm to Work program that includes seven businesses across San Antonio all served by My Father’s Farm out of Seguin, TX. SFC couldn’t be happier to see local news station KSAT in San Antonio highlight NCAT’s Farm to Work Program and My Father’s Farm as they bring their bounty of nutritious, local fruits and vegetables directly to the worksite.
