Join us for an exclusive experience with Jack Gilmore, chef/owner of Jack Allen's Kitchen and the newly opened Salt Traders Coastal Cooking in Round Rock. Enjoy a delicious and sustainably-sourced seafood-centric meal prepared by Jack in an intimate setting at SFC’s Teaching Kitchen. We can’t think of a better way to celebrate the bounty of the Texas Gulf Coast! Driftwood Estate Winery and Saint Arnold’s Brewing Company will provide the local drinks to complement the seafood.
